Biological treatment plant SBR

SBR cleaning device (biological treatment plant) is composed of two compartments. In the first compartment, larger wastewater fragments are deposited on the floor (the mechanical stage). In the second compartment, in the venting tank or biological stage, microorganisms purify wastewater and decompose organic substances. For this process, it is needed air which is supplied by the compressor. SBR purifying system is done in batches which has proved to be very effective in smaller units. It is also possible to connect SBR cleaning device to the existing septic tank which functions as the mechanical stage. The advantage of this solution lies in the smaller number of required evacuations of the primary depositing compartment.

The SBR biological cleaning device (treatment plant) is installed below ground. Only a part of the entry opening and a shaft for the compressor are left above ground. The compressor is fitted in a special shaft near the plant. In case an appropriate closed-off space is available nearby, the shaft for the compressor is not necessary.

For ČN SBR from 5 to 20 PE standing SBR devices are used, from 30 on (including it) lying ČN SBR are used.
